Let's see.. Agoda initially canceled my booking from their end without reason to me. A fully paid booking made a month before. Then, I rebooked at the same place due to time and logistics. When we got there, I was told the onky reason you got this room is because someone else canceled. I was give the absolute last room. There's no mirror in the bathroom and there were ants on the floor. And rowdy visitors/ people- who on a Sunday morning played music, made a lot of noise and were not shy to wake everyone up. Check out was at 10, but u t by 8 :25 we left. The gentleman tok the key without as much of as as... 'did u enjoy the stay?' Or nothing. Why would you cancel without reason and then give us the worst room available?
