“The room was not clean enough. There was a significant amount of visible dust on the floor around the bed, which clearly showed that the room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom did not have a separate shower area, so the entire floor became wet after showering, creating a serious slipping hazard for elderly guests and children. Lastly, the swimming pool water was very dirty and so cloudy that I could not even see in front of me while underwater. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience during my last stay.”

“Right in one of many villages in Mai Châu, the hosts are laid back, the food is good, and the properties maintained. Unlike the individual buildings, the bigger ones have no aircon (but many fans). It's a nice place and I even extended. Great place to relax for a while, or pass through, depending on your goals (solo or couples). Glad I came 👍🏽 ”
