“Wanted to try this hotel for a night after staying at the other 4 star hotel nearby. The staff was professional and welcoming, typical of Vietnamese hospitality. They were able to let us check into our premium ocean view room early at noon as they've just finished cleaning the room, which is rare but nice. On the other hand, when we entered the room, there were 2 flies flying around the room. We also saw and killed 2 German roaches in the bathroom. The towels had a musty smell and we used our own towels instead. After lunch we wanted to swim in the pool but water was cloudy and not clear. Seems like they didn't use the pump to filter the pool and ended up not swimming in it but sun bathe on the lounge chairs. Breakfast buffet was from 630 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (too darn early) and quite bad with most of the dishes being not very edible. Would only stay here because of the service and price. Everything else mentioned needs major improvements. ”
