“This hotel was a wonderful experience. I am always treated with great hospitality. Everytime I stop in the staff gives me A1 service, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything about this hotel is ever more reason to continue booking here when I pass through. Great price, great service , and a safe area. I must say 10 out of 10. The front desk reception and the owners are wonderful people ! ”

“I will never stay at this Red Roof Again. This was my second stay and both times it was horrible. The customer service was awful. Red Flag One! When I went to check in the lady behind the desk was so rude. She told me I had no reservations and that I had no room and she wasn’t checking me in because it was the next day! Mind you she is doing and saying all of this and hasn’t received an id from me. So she didn’t have any of my information pulled up to even verify the lie that she told so quickly to keep from doing her job. Had she looked she would have seen that I paid for a stay that included the previous night due to me not knowing how late I would arrive due to traffic and delays. After ten minutes of going back and forth and finally me asking her to cancel the whole reservation she magically says I can check you in but we won’t be doing this anymore… i just looked at her. She then proceeded to say that I may be getting a room with a door that doesn’t work. If you know the door is broken why would you put someone there. At this point I’m fighting to stay on the high road and not completely loose it on this incompetent lady. She gives me the key and I proceed to the room. Red Flag Two! There was so many people hanging out smoking and yelling in the parking lot I thought I was at a shelter. I quickly unloaded my car and got in due to the loitering issue. Once inside I was greater with pest, and didty linen and towels. By this time the front desk workers swapped out. I explained the issue and that I at least wanted new linen and towels as the ones in the room didn’t look clean at all. Again I was met with opposition. I was told I couldn’t move rooms, that they couldn’t give me towels or rags, and that the reason I’m seeing roaches is because they just sprayed! This hotel cost me over $*** for two nights. I ended moving over to *** next door for two nights and paid way less and got a five star stay! ”

“John was so polite and nice. Ron was so polite and nice. The staff was great place was clean. Very accommodating. A beautiful facility The rooms was nice and clean. Lighting in the parking lot was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends had a great experience. We made the best choice with Best Western and Thomasville, Georgia.”

“Had to make last-minute travel plans to Thomasville that weekend to attend a funeral so my biggest concern was trying to find a descent hotel that wasn't overpriced for the big game weekend that was happening at the same time or either a sub-par hotel that was way outside the city limits. The Quality on US 19 South had the better reviews from other users who stayed in same area, so I went with this one. Pros: clean room, large shower area, hotel provided breakfast was good. Cons: Widescreen HDTV in the room was only displaying channels in SD, hotel Wi-Fi was somewhat slow and spotty on Saturday. Aside from that, I'd recommend if you need to find a budget hotel in that area for a weekend stay.”
