“Hotel is getting dated!, phone system do3sn't work properly. Can't call between rokms. Staff put you on hold for an exteremly long time.”

“We had an event here. The food served for the evwnt was very good! All staff acconodating. Surrounded by restos and bars. Some parts just needed update and would have been nice to have complimentary slippers even if just for concierge floors. ”

“Only complaint - Doors are loud when they close , you can hear them down the hallway . ”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was disappointing from both the staff and the management. Communication was a major issue, as the housekeeping staff could not speak English, making it very difficult to get assistance. I expected much better. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.”

“Had a wedding stayed with numerous family members… breakfast was not all that… Egg tasted like paper☹️ No boiled egg but in the slip side, coffee was available 24/7 and the room was spacious and nice. And yes Il stay there again ”

“Very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were very accommodating and helpful, and I loved all of the many nooks (with chairs and/or couches) where you could find a place to unwind. My only complaint was the WiFi and TV movie channels were very limited.”

“The housekeeping staff we're polite and very helpful. Had a small issue at check in but once resolved our stay was extremely pleasant. I will stay here again. ”

“ Overall, the hotel is very clean, but unfortunately, the staff were mostly unfriendly and the level of service was disappointing. When the cleaning staff knocked on my door, she did not want to come into the room. Instead, she asked me to hand her the dirty towels and trash bags. I was quite shocked by this, as I have never experienced this kind of housekeeping service at a hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing. There were very few fruit options, and when I finally saw a banana, it had dark brown skin, so I decided not to take it. What bothered me most was the attitude of the staff. The gentleman working the night shift at the front desk was consistently friendly and welcoming, but most of the other staff members appeared unhappy and unapproachable. The hotel also has very poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway. For example, I could hear my son talking on the phone with his friend while he was in the restroom. There were also several situations where the staff seemed to lack basic consideration for guests. One housekeeping employee entered the elevator with her cart before allowing guests to enter first. In the breakfast room, a staff member even started mopping my table while I was still eating. Overall, I felt that the hotel may be a family-run business without sufficient professional hospitality training for its staff. The cleanliness of the hotel is a positive, but good customer service is equally important. Considering the price per night, I believe there are other hotels in the area that may offer a better overall experience and better value for the money. ”

“Only negative thing I have to say is that the floors are never clean, as they are tile/wood, they need to be cleaned a bit better. I wear socks in the room and they always become dirty or have hairs stuck to them. ”
