Overall, the hotel is very clean, but unfortunately, the staff were mostly unfriendly and the level of service was disappointing. When the cleaning staff knocked on my door, she did not want to come into the room. Instead, she asked me to hand her the dirty towels and trash bags. I was quite shocked by this, as I have never experienced this kind of housekeeping service at a hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing. There were very few fruit options, and when I finally saw a banana, it had dark brown skin, so I decided not to take it. What bothered me most was the attitude of the staff. The gentleman working the night shift at the front desk was consistently friendly and welcoming, but most of the other staff members appeared unhappy and unapproachable. The hotel also has very poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway. For example, I could hear my son talking on the phone with his friend while he was in the restroom. There were also several situations where the staff seemed to lack basic consideration for guests. One housekeeping employee entered the elevator with her cart before allowing guests to enter first. In the breakfast room, a staff member even started mopping my table while I was still eating. Overall, I felt that the hotel may be a family-run business without sufficient professional hospitality training for its staff. The cleanliness of the hotel is a positive, but good customer service is equally important. Considering the price per night, I believe there are other hotels in the area that may offer a better overall experience and better value for the money.

Room was very neat and good furniture. Washroom was very clean with all toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was good but everyday same varieties

Allowed early checkin, very friendly checkin staff and good food.
