“It was difficult to make it to the front door because the parking lot was being repaired. We were not able to watch the NBA finals. After going to the desk twice for help, we finally got to see part of it in Spanish. The pool had a yellowish hue and the breakfast, both days, had no fruit. The same breakfast was offered both days. ”

“The hotel is really good only issue is they kept one Spanish guy in the front desk. He understands English but pretending he doesn’t understand English. I asked for help in the hotel he went to service and vanished since then. I returned after 1 hour still he is not available. I have seen many people waiting in the lobby just for checking in. I don’t know who owns this property if the situation is like this every time they need to close the hotel soon”

“I recently stayed here and booked the suite online, I was traveling with my girlfriend and our dog. When I booked online there was no information on the pet policy. I arrive to check in and was told that they no longer allow pets in the suites because they were recently renovated, I was then told they would wave the pet fee which was $25 which I appreciated. My problem is I booked a suite and was down graded to a double queen room, the carpet was coming up and wrinkled in the middle of the room, the refrigerator still had the last occupants drinks in it. Paying for a suite and getting downgraded is one thing, but at least make the other room clean and presentable before having someone stay in it. ”
