“Was a beautiful place,friendly staff and good breakfast. Only think the beds were not as comfortable as they should have been ”

“I’m not a gambler, so can’t comment on the gambling other than say it is a pretty casino. The rooms and restaurants are nice. While the outdoor pool area was not open yet it looked like a nice space. I was there on a Monday night (so not prime entertainment night) and the facility was not busy at all. ”

“The staff was amazing. Everyone that encountered was pleasant and professional. The location was cure, nestled along a river and down the street from a nice small town, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but close enough if you need a big city feel. The room itself was nice, pleasant, and very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in town. ”

“I recently stayed here and booked the suite online, I was traveling with my girlfriend and our dog. When I booked online there was no information on the pet policy. I arrive to check in and was told that they no longer allow pets in the suites because they were recently renovated, I was then told they would wave the pet fee which was $25 which I appreciated. My problem is I booked a suite and was down graded to a double queen room, the carpet was coming up and wrinkled in the middle of the room, the refrigerator still had the last occupants drinks in it. Paying for a suite and getting downgraded is one thing, but at least make the other room clean and presentable before having someone stay in it. ”

“The hotel is really good only issue is they kept one Spanish guy in the front desk. He understands English but pretending he doesn’t understand English. I asked for help in the hotel he went to service and vanished since then. I returned after 1 hour still he is not available. I have seen many people waiting in the lobby just for checking in. I don’t know who owns this property if the situation is like this every time they need to close the hotel soon”

“Didn’t seem like they even cleaned the room before we came in. Had a used qtip, dental floss, and a dirty rag just chillen on the floor and desk.”
