“Nice enough for a quick stopover.”

“Toilet ran a long time after flushing, bed really really soft, house cleaning not good-pullled up bedspread over other blankets but did not make beds, temperature handle and plate in tub was very lose, pop not stocked during night so out of cold pop one whole day because still in back room hot. Hall carpets dirty. Paid a lot for this room two nights and not worth it. ”

“We stayed in many Best Western hotels before and this one was very disappointed. We stayed in a two queen beds suite. The side with the beds was nice and clean and newly renovated. However, the living room side was outdated and dirty. The counter was sticky and and the cabinets were very old that the paint on the cabinet were also sticky. I wish they would also renovate the living room side as well. Our toilet was very stained. At first we thought it was not cleaned. Staff confirmed it was cleaned but it was very stained that they were not able to remove the stain. I hope management is reading this so they can change out the toilet in room 236. Staff were great and very professional. Breakfast was also very good! Great job Wendy! I am hoping management will take some corrective actions based on this feedback and I truthfully wishing this location for many years of success.”

“Nice place ”

“agoda is THE reason I will not book on line again! After accidentally booking a future date, the hotel would not honor the discount. They told me to deal with agoda who would not answer the phone. Since I thought I was dealing with a reputable company (Priceline if I remember) I thought Agoda was a subsidiary. I will NEVER again deal with either that hotel chain or Agoda!”

“Everything was perfect. Awesome hot tub, tv, curtains, bathroom, beds, and breakfast! The price was expensive and there's really nothing to do in the area. Besides that, everything was perfect! I can't believe we actually found a hidden jem in Joplin! I have NEVER given a hotel a perfect 10 out of 10 before, but I am now! Well done!”

“This room was pretty much what I expected as a low cost, quick overnight stay while traveling cross country. The room was smaller than I expected, but that’s ok for the sleep and go. The good: quiet, decent heater (temps were below freezing outside), close to freeway and restaurants. Well lit at night. The less good: Older facilities, door did not seem to shut, hard to use the locks. Price seemed high for age of hotel. I would stay again, but would shop around for a lower price. Might not have much choice, Joplin is in the middle of no where. ”
