“Everything of the hotel was nice - clean, etc. Good breakfast. The only problem while there was the hot-tub jets were broken/missing. Since the nozzles weren't there - the open-ended pipe just gave huge bubbles. Sitting in the hot tub meant you were going to get splashes of water on your head, etc.”

“The room, bedsheets, and comforter are all very clean. If you’re looking for a hotel where you don’t have to worry about cleanliness or bed bugs, this is the place. When I choose a hotel, cleanliness is the most important factor for me, and this one meets that standard.”

“I really wanted to like the hotel because the staff was so awesome!!! We stayed 2 nights. The first night we stayed on the first floor. We had so many issues with noise! You could hear doors slamming, dogs barking, people walking above in lead shoes, toilets flushing and showers in neighboring rooms, and kids screaming. The hotel staff was so great and was able to move us to the 3rd floor with no neighbors. We were still able to hear doors slamming through the night, but it was better. I attempted to get a roll away bed for the second night to get some better sleep, but they do not have them. Just resign yourself to the fact that you will have to sleep in the same bed with your child and the constant onslaught of random assaults all night. The room we were in seemed to have some structural problems where the bathroom floor was pulling away from the wall and dropped at least an inch on one side and some makeup was lost in the crack. The pool and gym needed some TLC. The rooms were ok but the beds needed to be replaced and walls were so thin. Breakfast was included so that was nice. Overall the place was just Meh, but the staff was great. ”

“Had family admitted in Cox South. Literally 1 minute drive. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice towels. Rooms were large and the apt size refrigerator and microwave were very useful during our week long stay. Lena and CJ made us feel welcome and always had a smile! ”
