“Location near HW 35, noises that I can’t sleep…cockroaches in the room…”

“The manager Shannon or Sharon, and the youger lady at front desk were very rude and disrespectful. They treated me poorly discriminated my guest. There is always an issue there”

“I had a wonderful stay there. It was quiet the staff were friendly the place was clean. The only downfall is it's right next to hwy 35 and the noise from the traffic is a little loud other than that it's all good”

“The hotel is kind of old, pool was not available, ice machine was broken and the elevator feels like in any minute is going to broke. But if you do a late check inn and and early check out it works. The room is big, just make sure you get a king bed because queen was too small with a little kid. The worst thing about this hotel was the personal at check inn, we arrived around midnight because we travel from Mexico and we were tired, we just want our key and go to sleep, but the old lady in the counter was kind of training a young woman and they were soooo slow and annoying, we waited around 20minutes all the check inn. They charge me 2 times incidental fees, because the young lady didn't know how to use the machine, and even that I have my daughter in arms sleeping they don't bother to speed the check inn, even that it was already paid. They also ask for my address I said is in Mexico and they make me spell it in full for the check inn card, then at check out I saw the address was just Mexico, they just want to bother us. Worst check inn experience ever”

“Have stayed in different Hampton Inns across US. But this was the BEST so far. It was clean, cozy, located near the interstate, restaurants nearby, great breakfast, great amenities... I can go on ... Enjoyed with my family! ”

“i normally don't write bad reviews if its just " not what i liked." but i had to this time, because this was absolutely extreme, and i feel like people that book this place are catfished. i had never in my life stayed at a place so disgusting! IT IS NOTHING LIKE HOW THEY ADVERTISE IT, NOT EVEN CLOSE! they have a no refund policy so i could not get my 4-night stay money back. 1. i'm sure i had paid for friday-wednesday, but when i got there, they said i had only paid from Saturday-wednesday. yes they did not charge me friday, but i know i had selected the stay for friday too. they wanted me to pay like 130.00 extra for that friday night, even if it was already around 10pm. they would not let me book friday through the website i booked my stay from originally. they marked it as "sold out" when i tried, but the man there said the room was "available" if i paid the 130.00 lol! 2. he told me 2pm check in on Saturday, so i get there at 2, but then he said no its after 3! 3. finally i check in at 3 only to find the most disgusting place i had ever been in! there were dead roaches and it reeked of some kind of nasty smell. the bathroom was horrific, disgusting, with pubic hair and blood smeared on the seat and outside of the bowl. the inside of the bowl had a rim of scum, meaning it hadnt been scrubbed in weeks maybe more. the bathtub also had scum all around it and blood smeared on it. the sheets, comforter, pillows, and towels were absolutely filthy, like they had been used n just put back up without washing. i moved the table n couch to try to work and there were dead roaches and food under it. the fridge looked broken and the tv didn't work. the ac didn't work properly and it was so hot in there! i went to stay at my daughter's dorm because i wanted to cry and vomit. i told management and they said they would send someone to clean and fix the ac, but when i got back the next day it was the same. they only got rid of the hair on the toilet, picked up one dead roach, and left the rest how it was. out of the 5 days i only spent 2 nights and 3 hours one day there because i had no choice and no extra money to go somewhere else. i don't understand the level of filthy that u have to be to not care how ur business is cleaned and taken care of. i checked out and tried to tell the lady up front, and her face expression was like she already knew this, that im sure not the only person telling them this. those pictures they show are absolutely not how this place really is. i am beyond grossed out and so sorry tonhave been riooed out of my hard earned money! ”

“White Rock was one of the most affordable, comfortable and all around clean places that we have come across in a long time.”
