BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!!

I only stayed just one night. I would not recommend it. The room was smelly and dirty.

Hair in the tub, clogged toilet, and the bed was not cleaned and reaked of smoke.

i normally don't write bad reviews if its just " not what i liked." but i had to this time, because this was absolutely extreme, and i feel like people that book this place are catfished. i had never in my life stayed at a place so disgusting! IT IS NOTHING LIKE HOW THEY ADVERTISE IT, NOT EVEN CLOSE! they have a no refund policy so i could not get my 4-night stay money back. 1. i'm sure i had paid for friday-wednesday, but when i got there, they said i had only paid from Saturday-wednesday. yes they did not charge me friday, but i know i had selected the stay for friday too. they wanted me to pay like 130.00 extra for that friday night, even if it was already around 10pm. they would not let me book friday through the website i booked my stay from originally. they marked it as "sold out" when i tried, but the man there said the room was "available" if i paid the 130.00 lol! 2. he told me 2pm check in on Saturday, so i get there at 2, but then he said no its after 3! 3. finally i check in at 3 only to find the most disgusting place i had ever been in! there were dead roaches and it reeked of some kind of nasty smell. the bathroom was horrific, disgusting, with pubic hair and blood smeared on the seat and outside of the bowl. the inside of the bowl had a rim of scum, meaning it hadnt been scrubbed in weeks maybe more. the bathtub also had scum all around it and blood smeared on it. the sheets, comforter, pillows, and towels were absolutely filthy, like they had been used n just put back up without washing. i moved the table n couch to try to work and there were dead roaches and food under it. the fridge looked broken and the tv didn't work. the ac didn't work properly and it was so hot in there! i went to stay at my daughter's dorm because i wanted to cry and vomit. i told management and they said they would send someone to clean and fix the ac, but when i got back the next day it was the same. they only got rid of the hair on the toilet, picked up one dead roach, and left the rest how it was. out of the 5 days i only spent 2 nights and 3 hours one day there because i had no choice and no extra money to go somewhere else. i don't understand the level of filthy that u have to be to not care how ur business is cleaned and taken care of. i checked out and tried to tell the lady up front, and her face expression was like she already knew this, that im sure not the only person telling them this. those pictures they show are absolutely not how this place really is. i am beyond grossed out and so sorry tonhave been riooed out of my hard earned money!
