“I’ve stayed here twice Once earlier this spring and recently It’s a basic motel vibe but it doesn’t feel unsafe No druggies hanging around and it’s CLEAN and Bug free. Never seen a roach! That’s what I can appreciate the most out of this place. For about 50 bucks with NO incidental hold and a room that’s not filed with old moldy dirty furniture From the mid 1900s can really be appreciated Value Cleanliness Affordability 5 ⭐️ I will be staying again ! ”

“Hi Randi, I am a guest at your hotel, 1235 Springdale Road Rock Hill, SC 29730. I checked in on Friday October 20,2023,hoping for a hot bath before I began my family visit,(in town for a funeral). My bathtub was missing its stopper so I asked if one could be brought to my room and put in there,I was told they would have me one by the end of the day. Then I get back to the room and call downstairs because still no stopper,(still would like a hot bath, disappointed). They said they couldn’t find one in storage nor could they get one from another room because all your rooms with bathtubs were booked and had guests in them. Tired from a long day and nothing I can do or say to get a stopper for the bathtub I had to just go ahead and take a shower. When I pulled the covers back on the bed they were dirty. I call downstairs again and they say, “what! So that means your room wasn’t cleaned properly,(disgusted) I was so tired I needed some sleep so I knew I had a throw blanket and I told the young lady that was at the desk I would just get the comforter off the other bed well guess what, it was dirty too. By this time I was upset, the night time employee said ok I’m sorry things are happening this way let me talk to my manager about discounting your stay I agreed to allow her to talk to you but then they said $20 discount,(REALLY), that’s all for checking in having a bathtub but can only use the shower and not only that a NASTY DIRTY bed also and the acknowledgment by her that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. $20 is unsatisfactory you could have atleast offered a extra night to make up for the first one. So I was told that they would make my inquiry known about the extra night stay. Then I get in from family fellowship after the funeral and I’m told you said you refuse to approve an extra night to accommodate for the first one that was ruined. All I asked for was what I paid for 3 RESTFUL nights at what I was told was a pleasant hotel. PLEASE explain to me why you can”

“Nice, clean and friendly continental breakfast outrageous high priced not worth it other than it being extremely high priced we enjoyed our stay”

“Our room was clean and everything seemed to work. We had a pleasant experience. Shower pressure was awesome! Room was right across from the elevator which initially gave concern, but amazingly we hardly heard any outside noises at night. Would definitely stay here again ”

“This was our third stop at this hotel while traveling with our dog. The staff is friendly, and the room clean. The breakfast is a joke; you can grab a cereal bar and maybe a yogurt. This time however, the room smelled rotten. The window had been left open , probably by the cleaning staff to air it out. I asked the clerk for disinfectant spray and it helped a little but as it was evening and we were tired I didn’t want to make a fuss. ”
