Hi Randi, I am a guest at your hotel, 1235 Springdale Road Rock Hill, SC 29730. I checked in on Friday October 20,2023,hoping for a hot bath before I began my family visit,(in town for a funeral). My bathtub was missing its stopper so I asked if one could be brought to my room and put in there,I was told they would have me one by the end of the day. Then I get back to the room and call downstairs because still no stopper,(still would like a hot bath, disappointed). They said they couldn’t find one in storage nor could they get one from another room because all your rooms with bathtubs were booked and had guests in them. Tired from a long day and nothing I can do or say to get a stopper for the bathtub I had to just go ahead and take a shower. When I pulled the covers back on the bed they were dirty. I call downstairs again and they say, “what! So that means your room wasn’t cleaned properly,(disgusted) I was so tired I needed some sleep so I knew I had a throw blanket and I told the young lady that was at the desk I would just get the comforter off the other bed well guess what, it was dirty too. By this time I was upset, the night time employee said ok I’m sorry things are happening this way let me talk to my manager about discounting your stay I agreed to allow her to talk to you but then they said $20 discount,(REALLY), that’s all for checking in having a bathtub but can only use the shower and not only that a NASTY DIRTY bed also and the acknowledgment by her that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. $20 is unsatisfactory you could have atleast offered a extra night to make up for the first one. So I was told that they would make my inquiry known about the extra night stay. Then I get in from family fellowship after the funeral and I’m told you said you refuse to approve an extra night to accommodate for the first one that was ruined. All I asked for was what I paid for 3 RESTFUL nights at what I was told was a pleasant hotel. PLEASE explain to me why you can

This hotel is conveniently located right off the I77 and you can find all types of restaurants and store a for shopping within close proximity. My husband and I always have a wonderful restful sleep as the bed is extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast is sufficient to get your day started. I really enjoyed the ease of checkin in advance prior to our arrival making it seamless when I arrived to just pick up my hotel key and head directly to the room. I will be staying here on my next drive through.

Amazing clean friendly and great value place to stay for the money.

I always have a great stay and good sleep at this location. The rooms are clean the bed is very comfortable and the location not far off the interstate is excellent. I’m always greeted with a welcoming smile both on arrival and when I check out by the staff at the front desk. I would recommend staying here as it is good value for the money. Look forward to staying again on my next trip south in the fall.

Easy to find right off the interstate and we’ll located close to restaurants.
