“I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at your hotel on July 26. I originally booked a room on a high floor. However, after discovering mold inside the refrigerator, I reported the issue and requested a room change due to the unacceptable hygiene condition. As a result, I was moved to a room on the 5th floor. While discussing the room change and whether there was any price difference between the 5th- and 6th-floor rooms with your staff man member, I experienced behavior that I found deeply upsetting. During our conversation, he stated, “people like you.” This remark came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially given that I was requesting assistance because of a cleanliness issue in the room provided by the hotel. For clarity, I would also like to note that my husband personally moved our luggage to the new room during the relocation process. As an Agoda Diamond member and a paying guest, I expect a consistently high standard of service and respectful communication. Unfortunately, the interaction I experienced fell short of these expectations and left me feeling embarrassed and disappointed.”

“Good deal, like i saw other reviews, the rooms are slightly worn and not modern. But it was a comfortable bed and rest. the pillows didn't smell as clean and fresh as i'd like, but not enough to keep me up at night. the staff was definitely very friendly! i would have liked to have been there in time for the dinner, but the hot breakfast was very nice. No kosher options, but that's fine.”
