But it was a comfortable bed and rest. the pillows didn't smell as clean and fresh as i'd like, but not enough to keep me up at night. the staff was definitely very friendly! i would have liked to have been there in time for the dinner, but the hot breakfast was very nice. No kosher options, but that's fine.”

“Great Stay”

“I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at your hotel on July 26. I originally booked a room on a high floor. However, after discovering mold inside the refrigerator, I reported the issue and requested a room change due to the unacceptable hygiene condition. As a result, I was moved to a room on the 5th floor. While discussing the room change and whether there was any price difference between the 5th- and 6th-floor rooms with your staff man member, I experienced behavior that I found deeply upsetting. During our conversation, he stated, “people like you.” This remark came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially given that I was requesting assistance because of a cleanliness issue in the room provided by the hotel. For clarity, I would also like to note that my husband personally moved our luggage to the new room during the relocation process. As an Agoda Diamond member and a paying guest, I expect a consistently high standard of service and respectful communication. Unfortunately, the interaction I experienced fell short of these expectations and left me feeling embarrassed and disappointed.”

“I can say all thumbs up. EXCELLENT STAFF...they looked like they enjoyed being at work which makes the difference! Only one person was not trying to do much but the rest of them made up for that one flaw. So with travel plans ahead, I wanted to do laundry. Well, it seemed the perfect thought but it was the one thing that needs attention. Only one dryer worked so when someone jumped in front of me and left their clothes in the dryer all night it made for a huge delay for me. Then there was no where to get change. The night attendant emptied the machines to give me quarters but when I asked the next night person they were not hearing that. So the morning desk staff went in her own purse to give me 2$ for the dryer (the person that stole 2$ of my quarters should be shame). So for the highlights! Our suite was spacious! Clean! Beds comfy with good pillows and blankets. Now, are you ready...they serve breakfast and a dinner social!!!! The meatballs and spaghetti was one thing but the rice gumbo....5 stars....this is plus choice!!! ”
