“I booked a corner suite last minute and it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious for my group of 5. 1 1/2 bathrooms with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The balcony wrapped all the way around. The restaurant and bar were an added bonus for my group. Very close to all stores and restaurants I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Teh people at front desk were rude. Teh pool was unusable since the temprature was ice cold. the breakfast you had to pay for and was basic crap.”

“Everything has 100% changed since our horrible stay in 2019 when Ray Ogle was manager. He wouldn't even speak with guests who had bad experiences. The new owner Jeannie is wonderful to work with, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. *The only thing I would change is the pool needs to be warmer. I wasn't sure on our last stay if the heater was broken or of staff was turning the heat off when they weren't supposed to. One of the on duty managers, she said it wasn't supposed to be off because it's required to stay at a certain temperature. She said she would discuss it with the owner. ”

“Most of the staff was friendly and when you asked for anything they were quick to help. It was very close to The Island and other stores and restaurants. Gatlinburg and the national park is 20-30 minutes away. It was pretty quiet for the most part but we were by the pool and it didn’t close until 11 at night. ”
