“Convenient location, plenty of restaurants and gas stations close by. Relatively quiet location. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.”

“I booked a room for three adults and choose payment option of room to include breakfast. After check in, I was informed that hotel policy included breakfast for two only (the third person is just SOL). I advised in my view a reasonable person would consider that as a deceptive policy and I have a policy not to do business with a deceptive company. So buyer beware if you have more than two adults in your party. I will note all other aspects of the hotel were five star ratings.”

“It smelled horribly like cigarettes and marijuana smoke, especially in the bathroom that I didn't even want to go in there. I didn't want to shower because of the smell that was also on the towels. I had to sleep with something covering my face and it was very uncomfortable. I had a sore throat and phlegm from the irritants the next day. Since it's a nonsmoking room, I assumed other rooms would smell like this. Why did it smell like that if it was supposed to be nonsmoking?! When I was checking out, I noticed the manager didn't acknowledge me or ask how my stay was, he just told me to put the key in the basket. I told him about the issue and he wasn't apologetic or remorseful. He did not do anything to make the situation better. He said I could've asked to change rooms. I checked in after 11pm. My room was upstairs and on the opposite side of the lobby. It was late and inconvenient. I shouldn't have to change rooms due to horrific, unpleasant smoke smell when I book a room at a hotel where that claims is nonsmoking. They should not rent out those rooms! I would not recommend or return because of this.”
