“I booked a room for three adults and choose payment option of room to include breakfast. After check in, I was informed that hotel policy included breakfast for two only (the third person is just SOL). I advised in my view a reasonable person would consider that as a deceptive policy and I have a policy not to do business with a deceptive company. So buyer beware if you have more than two adults in your party. I will note all other aspects of the hotel were five star ratings.”

“If you’re planning to spend a good deal of time at convention center, it’s great- right across the street. If planning to spend more time around market square and gay street it’s an uphill walk to get there from here. They provide shuttle within 3 mile which would cover market/gay street as well as neyland stadium and riverfront. Shares a common area for gathering and restaurant with the Marriott ”
