“It was kinda cramped with a family of 4 . The staff to check you in is very nice. No breakfast the room was clean until they came and mopped dirty mop water was soaked on the floor and the room smelled for a few hours but did clear out. Would stay again for its affordable rates convenient location.”

“We wanted a very last minute vacation, only one night BUT it was Labor Day weekend in Payson, A destination for local Arizonans trying to escape the heat as well as a fun activity site. Majestic Mountain Lodge had a room for us. What stood out was the caring staff. The front desk gal was as accommodating as could be. The groundskeepers were very friendly as we passed by. The helper at breakfast spent time getting me a pot of hot water late in the morning. Even though the lodging wasn’t in an ideal location, it met needs and the staff made it more so. ”

“It was easy to check in very friendly. We got to our room. It did have an odor of some kind. Comfortable. In a way of amenities make sure you bring your own. There’s not enough soap to shower. Towels feel extremely rough. And there’s no room facilities or towels till the third day. It does have a refrigerator, a microwave television and comfortable beds. It worked out for our stay just fine.”

“Great location with easy access to nearby restaurants and everything you need. The hotel is convenient and easy to find, which made our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the noise from footsteps on the floor above, as the soundproofing could be better. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for the location!”

“We had to re route our trip due to wild fire, most place has staff and at least they would allow you to settle in a bit early due to condition, no clerk just a giant big screen TV, a billboard and info, do not text or call the number before 4PM otherwise there will be no reply The room we got looks like it was a single bed room and converted to 2 queen beds, I understand the practice of business, maximize profit with minimum expense but who in the hell wants to sleep in a bed that faces the bathroom, the body soap dispenser was filled with something like bleach, I used on my body and fell it was wrong so I rinsed off immediately, your shampoo tube was a joke, a little hole with damn near impossible to remove the seal, don't believe me? go try it, all of the guests waited outside were frustrated like we were, first time and last time”

“The facilities are a little outdated but they are clean and the staff is very friendly. Pool was very well taken care of. ”

“good place for the night”

“The room was very clean. The bed was comfotable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It may of cost a little more than other placea but we felt it was worth it. We would difinitely would stay again.”
