We had to re route our trip due to wild fire, most place has staff and at least they would allow you to settle in a bit early due to condition, no clerk just a giant big screen TV, a billboard and info, do not text or call the number before 4PM otherwise there will be no reply The room we got looks like it was a single bed room and converted to 2 queen beds, I understand the practice of business, maximize profit with minimum expense but who in the hell wants to sleep in a bed that faces the bathroom, the body soap dispenser was filled with something like bleach, I used on my body and fell it was wrong so I rinsed off immediately, your shampoo tube was a joke, a little hole with damn near impossible to remove the seal, don't believe me? go try it, all of the guests waited outside were frustrated like we were, first time and last time
