“Traveling through and booked a single night. Plenty to do onsite, so will stay a few nights the next time through. There are only 2 negatives. Be prepare to get hit for a resort fee if you book from a 3rd party booking site. (The site I used did not disclose) and the in-wall air conditioner is loud and cycled every 15 minutes until I turned it off for the night. ”

“We booked the Fireplace Room wich was really nice. We had a rest area with trees and grass for our dog right outside the door. I was disappointed in the breakfast. The Area was not very inviting. there was a waffle maker, some hot water and coffee, cereal, bread and sausage and eggs. no one was there, everything was just set on folding tables. no decoration or music. i expected a bit more. The Tip Jar in the entrance made me laugh. why would i tip for doing the bare minimum? food was lukewarm warm and bland. you can improve there! But the Room was clean and the staff at the reception was kind. ”

“We had to re route our trip due to wild fire, most place has staff and at least they would allow you to settle in a bit early due to condition, no clerk just a giant big screen TV, a billboard and info, do not text or call the number before 4PM otherwise there will be no reply The room we got looks like it was a single bed room and converted to 2 queen beds, I understand the practice of business, maximize profit with minimum expense but who in the hell wants to sleep in a bed that faces the bathroom, the body soap dispenser was filled with something like bleach, I used on my body and fell it was wrong so I rinsed off immediately, your shampoo tube was a joke, a little hole with damn near impossible to remove the seal, don't believe me? go try it, all of the guests waited outside were frustrated like we were, first time and last time”

“The room was very clean. The bed was comfotable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It may of cost a little more than other placea but we felt it was worth it. We would difinitely would stay again.”
