“This hotel is so nice from the made to order breakfast to the eving socials (weekdays except Friday). Gym is amazing swimming pool great! The lights in the bathroom and halls are motion sensors which I loved. Has a water filter faucet on the rooms. It's a little far out but nice quiet stay for our trip to KC. ”

“Upon arrival the room I had booked was not available, we were given a room that was a definite downgrade. In addition when booking the room it stated free breakfast included, that morning we were told no breakfast was included and that that information should have been changed on web site. I was told by a manager I would be compensated for all the inconveniences. That has never happened I feel I was never seen as a paying customer. This was a very disappointing stay, I will not book there again”

“Hopefully it isn’t always like this, but it took 50 minutes for the front desk staff to check us in. Our rooms, despite being cold, were quite humid. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The power went out at least twice during the one night we stayed. The location was decent, for the price of the rooms; a 7-10 minute drive from the heart of Downtown. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were clearly busting their butts, and visibly working very hard, but the breakfast was still sub-par, with rubbery eggs and undercooked biscuits.. Additionally, though the rooms were quite clean, the towel rack in our bathroom was falling off of the wall, and the bathroom fan did not work. Overall, I will probably stay somewhere else next time. ”
