“The room was beautiful. The cleanliness was amazing standard. I would go back to aloft anytime.”

“This hotel is so nice from the made to order breakfast to the eving socials (weekdays except Friday). Gym is amazing swimming pool great! The lights in the bathroom and halls are motion sensors which I loved. Has a water filter faucet on the rooms. It's a little far out but nice quiet stay for our trip to KC. ”

“Great customer service we enjoyed our sale thank you get the restaurant back and it would be the place to be and bar LOL great job staff”

“The room was spacious and the bathroom had consistent hot water, contributing to a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was impressive throughout the property, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities met expectations as well. The location was convenient, but transportation access could be better. ”

“Upon arrival the room I had booked was not available, we were given a room that was a definite downgrade. In addition when booking the room it stated free breakfast included, that morning we were told no breakfast was included and that that information should have been changed on web site. I was told by a manager I would be compensated for all the inconveniences. That has never happened I feel I was never seen as a paying customer. This was a very disappointing stay, I will not book there again”

“The staff gave a random guest key to my room without I’d or even being on my reservation after specially requesting nobody beside me should get a room key ”

“For what it cost me to stay here a night i can’t say enough good about it ”

“Holiday Inns are now my go to. Consistently clean and in good condition. Staff are excellent. ”
