“This hotel far exceeded my expectations the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating especially the front desk clerk Tamika thank you so much for your kindness and you must try the restaurant onsite as well great fish sandwich ”

“The staff /owners are very nosey...they knock on your door every day ...they want to clean the room .They want to change the sheets ...OMG!!!!My family is still asleep.There watching everything you do......smh Mind you just change the sheets !!! I get your trying to run a clean establishment but that cleanliness turns into harassment after you done book the room for a week,an you threaten to through a person out without refund!!!!! This place is only good for 1 night stay than after that your being watched!!!!”

“We checked in on Thursday evening and all was well. Saturday, we came into a huge roach greeting us in the restroom. We had all of our belongings out including luggage, so we have no idea if the critter had a field day. We went downstairs and we were given a new room however it was a huge inconvenience to gather our belongings by ourselves that late and move. We had a late flight out the next day and asked for a later checkout due to the inconvenience and the roach in our original room and was given until 1 pm. I asked since we had the experience that we did, and we weren't offered a complimentary stay for the future or anything could that be extended. We were told to ask the supervisor who was 5ft away if she could make that happen. The supervisor who I am certain heard this interaction was visibly texting on her phone while we stood there waiting. She looked up and continued to text until I made eye contact with the associate and then she asked that supervisor to assist me. She was very rude and denied my request and there was not much done about this roach that I have on video. They acted as if it was not a big deal and our disgust, concern, and disappointment was not important.”
