“The stay overall was great. The rooms were nicer and bigger than others I have stayed in for the price range. Only 2 knocks I'd have to say is we found ripped used rubber gloves in two spots in the hotel. (Likely used my the cleaning crew, but that fact they missed these big blue gloves made me worried what else might not have been cleaned). The other issue is the AC was prefixed on high setting so we were not able to turn it down to our preferred temp”

“Within walking distance from KOP mall, with good restaurants all around, the Crowne Plaza was great for a short stay. Had some issues with my room not being cleaned until very late during the first day (possibly because the hotel was very busy at the weekend) but the front desk was helpful to ensure it was done. The room had a good size to accommodate my two suitcases. The bed itself was large and comfortable. The shower was good (although would recommend them removing wallpaper in the bathrooms!). The hotel does not look super new / the design is quite dated. But it provides a comfortable good value stay - so who cares about dated carpet in the hall - I certainly don’t. ”

“We had high hopes for this place. We were in town to take our toddler to see Bluey. If you want to be close to both the mall and the town center the location is great. However, the room had terrible signs of wear. Pieces of the wall were missing, mold in sinks, trash left in the room, used cups. Also, the pool was empty and unusable the entire stay. We definitely would not stay here again.”

“The staff was not impolite, but they seemed indifferent. The "breakfast" consisted of some bags of instant oatmeal, coffee, chocolate muffins; no juice or fruit. No utensils in the room to even make the oatmeal. No ice machine, only two empty ice trays in the refrigerator, much was loud and ran off and on. Room arrangement decent size and appropriately equipped.”
