“First of all, I am Hilton Premium Rewards member and the 4 of did not even get offered a cookie. Next, they did not tell us about the breakfast they had available. The staff was beyond rude. We would all stay again if we did not get the staff members.”

“Within walking distance from KOP mall, with good restaurants all around, the Crowne Plaza was great for a short stay. Had some issues with my room not being cleaned until very late during the first day (possibly because the hotel was very busy at the weekend) but the front desk was helpful to ensure it was done. The room had a good size to accommodate my two suitcases. The bed itself was large and comfortable. The shower was good (although would recommend them removing wallpaper in the bathrooms!). The hotel does not look super new / the design is quite dated. But it provides a comfortable good value stay - so who cares about dated carpet in the hall - I certainly don’t. ”

“We had high hopes for this place. We were in town to take our toddler to see Bluey. If you want to be close to both the mall and the town center the location is great. However, the room had terrible signs of wear. Pieces of the wall were missing, mold in sinks, trash left in the room, used cups. Also, the pool was empty and unusable the entire stay. We definitely would not stay here again.”
