“A freak storm flooded this resort and ruined the amenities we would have used. We arrived at 7:30pm, after office was closed, and drainage issues soaked us and our luggage from car to our room. Without the storm, we would give it a higher rating, because they do have nice potential amenities, like bikes, kayaks, pool and hot tub.”

The place is exceptionally clean, the staff personable and welcoming, the beds are comfortable, they have a hotplate and utensils, paddle boat, surf board and bikes for your leisure and BBQ grills all free. Centrally located to all. We will stay there again next time visiting Key Largo”

He also told me, he could cancel my stay, refused to even allow me, to park my car and use amenities while waiting for his version of a 4pm check in. Very Rude and unprofessional,”
