“The room I got was dirty, sheets were not washed (had crusted something on them), garbage was on the floor, heat/ac did not work, tv did not work (tv itself worked but no channels were available), found 2 pairs of dirty socks in the room along with garbage, key cards stopped working and went to desk to find out what was wrong and no one was there. Apparently, no one is at the reception desk after 11pm. I actually bought new sheets to put on the beds because it was so bad. Also, since keycards weren’t working properly, I noticed that people would just prop outside doors open so anybody could come in. Not safe at all and filthy. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there. ”

“Switched rooms because of mice. Was called a liar. Was charged $15 for early check in, $10 because I moved to a smoking room (which I did not request), and when I arrived back to the hotel late the night before checking out, my key no longer worked. When I went to the office, they told me to pay $40 in order to access the room that I paid for and all of my belongings! Only one functional light in the room, trash from previous occupants stuffed under the sink, the list is endless. I wish I could leave a lower rating. ”
