베이몬트 바이 윈덤 허친슨

This hotel offers a great location, comfortable room, and good WiFi—all for a good value.

I was told that I would not receive my deposit back because they smelled smoke in the room. I can guarantee you that I do not smoke cigarettes, nor can they prove that I smoked in the room. Therefore, this sounds like a way for them to make more money. I will never stay at this hotel again. My mother died from smoking cigarettes so I will never do this.

The worker that was there was not nice at all, there was mold in the bathroom won’t be going back

I have no complaints other than I had pain medication from a recent surgery that was somehow stolen from my room while I was out. Presumably it was by housekeeping, as the bedding had been back up and the empty prescription bottle underneath, and towels were gathered and new ones were golden on the rack. Although trash had not been taken out and the bedding hadn’t been changed. Admittedly, a safe was provided in the room but I did not think using it would be necessary. Other than that incident, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating and the place was very clean and affordable.

The hotel has a great location, good tv, decent internet, and plenty of parking. This hotel could be improved with better cleaning standards and new towels—a simple fix—but they don’t. Also recommend pest spraying the units 2-3 times a year.
