“The room was horrible sheets were dirty Denny yellow stains walls were paint scraps every where tub was dirty need to be cleaned I am very disappointed In my stay i come there often and never experienced this issue until this time. It was hair every where just horrible I didn’t even take a shower because everything was just nasty the paint was falling off the ceiling into the shower please do better”

“There was an event at the Stormont Vail center on New Years Eve pretty disappointed that the restaurant was not open that evening and that the bar was not open later than 9:00 when the event at the center was over. It was New Years Eve that is why people booked there so they wouldnt have to drive. ”

“Holiday Inn Express has a well-deserved good reputation but this one I found a bit less satisfactory. My room was clean and decent, yes, but it was also smallish to the point of being cramped. Contrary to the room description there was no microwave (I’ve noticed this in other HI properties as well), although the fridge was decent. I could have gone to a much cheaper hotel for the same quality.”

“I was impressed with the property's cleanliness, staff and facilities. The room was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Parking was convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for what it cost me!”

“We chose Candlewood vs other nearby hotel as they have a kitchenette in the room, electric stove, dishwasher, huge fridge and a microwave. We picked the description that’s says 42sqm unit but was given a smaller unit but it’s ok since we wanted a ground floor unit for easy accessible. The 1st room they gave us has this awful smell when we entered. They gave us the next room at 115. It still has this smell but not as bad as the 1st room. We gave it a good spray of air freshener and bought a scented candle to eliminate the smell. Do get a room slipper if you stay here, not sure if they disinfect or clean the carpet at all but it’s really dirty. You can tell when you take a bath and your feet is filthy. They have a free laundry service next to the gym. Luckily it’s working. They do have a self service free coffee and tea plus a wide variety of snacks at their fridge and counter for a quick snack. It’s a pet friendly hotel, occasionally you hear dog barking. Overall our 10days stay was pretty decent and staff are friendly”

“Bathroom had smell of urine which I couldn't figure why. Otherwise room was clean and nice. Breakfast was pretty basic. We stayed here a couple of times before and felt the services and food was not as good as what we had in the past. ”

“The staff was extremly rude on 2 differet shifts. They must both really hate working their because they sure drove customers away with out thinking twice.. will never spend my money here again.. sorry for the inconvenience of staying the night there. Didnt mean to trouble you”

“Nothing fancy but a good value near restaurants and Walmart right off the interstate. The front of the building is being redone and it looks sketchy but staff were very nice and the room was clean. Typical hotel breakfast included. Excellent choice for a bargain shopper looking for a good nights sleep after driving all day. I would return. ”
