“Came to HHI for a quick get away with my son before school starts in a couple of weeks. The location is great. Super close to everything and a short walk to the beach. The parking at the hotel is awful. You literally have to park at the other end of another property and walk up to the hotel. There’s no valet or assistance with luggage. The room was clean but dated. The bathroom sink barely drains. The tub stopper doesn’t work. We had a 1.5 ft balcony that over looks the pool but the floor was slick/moldy and wet from the a/c condensation. The restaurant opens at 4:30. By 5 ish it was busy. Only the bartender was there to take care of the entire restaurant, no help. He did the best he could but struggled. My son spilled his drink and I tried to help clean it up but was told to leave it. Spill sat on the floor a good half hour before it was cleaned up. Food was mid. The bartender was visibly frustrated and rightfully so. My son wanted chocolate cake after we settled in for the night. Called to order it brought up (we were in our pajamas) The front desk said they don’t offer room service so if we wanted anything we had to go get it ourselves. Just not the service I expected from a Hilton. ”

“I thought hotel was a perfect choice for my one night stay. I can't remember the Hotel Desks clerk names (sorry) both the woman and gentlemen were both very accommodating and nice. Breakfast had many items to choose from, it was very good. Hotel was not too far a walk to Coligny beach and plaza. ”
