“Last year on our trip down south we stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It was super clean and I had the best night sleep. Well this experience was totally different. I had the most uncomfortable bed and didn’t sleep all night long and the room was not clean. The bathroom floor had water stains all over it and one of the tiles was loose and everytime we stepped on it, it would move. And there was mildew/mold all in the bathroom. The bottom of the bathtub was disgusting. ”

“Needed a place asap, on a budget. This place was perfect. ”

“We love staying at this particular Best Western Plus. The staff is alway friendly. The only problem that I had this time is the corki”

“Great place to stay and they are making upgrades everday”

“They waited until they saw me in person and said they could not check me in because I was a local although saying nothing about that on there site. My mom called the night before because she booked it in her name and the clerk checked the res and said see you tomorrow. I show up ( black man) and all of a sudden I am to local to rent to. Nothing suspicious looking about me , but they did a racial profile. If you don’t want black men at your hotel say and we will stay far away. It’s your hotel so do what you want but you also need to state it. Also I live in Savannah they are in SC, they said it’s only a 38 mile difference so they considered me local. ”

“This was an emergency stay and the staff was nice manager was a great help in getting things settle”

“Great location . Only thing I don’t like was the housekeeper coming in on our first day there , walking right in . We weee there two nights . Checkout is 11 and on our last day there she was banging on the door at 9 . ”
