“The door lock was broken and would not open from inside the room. Phone in the room did not work. I called on my cell phone and they seemed to know there was a problem. Told be there in a minute. She couldn't open it so went to get maintenance guy. He opened it with a metal key. She said it was fixed and refused to move us to another room. We refused. She was very rude and said she wasn't calling the owner and told the maintenance man to clal. We were moved and I reported all to the owner. He was very apologetic. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, that's all I can say. ”

“Overall, we had a good stay for the weekend. We had a few hiccups where we had called twice to ensure they had a tesla charger and they said yes both times. We arrived and asked again to make sure and again we got a confirmation. Well the 2nd night we asked them to charge the car and they said they didn't know if they had the right charger but we needed to sign a waiver. The valet "ran out" of waivers so we went to the front desk who had no idea about the waiver. Either way, it was annoying to be on a higher end resort where the answer to everything was always "I don't know." We did the breakfast buffet both morning and were seated immediately but took someone 10 minutes to get our coffee/drink order. Even the morning manager didn't seem to care that her team was working inefficiently. I had to tell her to actually send a server our way. It just seems like there is a lack of training with the staff overall. Besides the not so great staff, the rooms were decent and the pool was great.”

“The place was really pretty The pool was super nice. The price was way too much for a super small room. There was just enough room to get out of bed on either side. The staff wasn't super friendly. And a couple of them were even kind of rude. But it was right off the ocean And that was a pretty scene. No microwave and no refrigerator It was as basic as you can get for a room. ”

“I surprised my little sister with this location and she absolutely loved it. Definitely will allow her to go again and spoil her and her bf with a lovely time ”

“This hotel is right opposite the Seawall. We had a partial ocean view room. They're was no balcony but we could easily see the beach from our window, although we could also see the adjoining Kroger parking lot. The breakfast was excellent and so were the coffee options. The staff is very courteous. We had a few issues with the room: the sink was clogged and the liquid soap bottles were empty. These were promptly addressed. ”

“The room too noisy and the breakfast not good with the value money we paid and also parking said free through agoda but we got charge. Never comeback here again to stay at that hotel”

“Hotel was centrally located in Galveston. Within walking distance of the strand. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable. Restaurant is pricey and similar in pricing to local eateries. Galveston for most is a cruise starting location. The town is not big but it has it's charm.”
