“We had a good stay at the Hampton Inn in Galveston, TX. We booked a room for four people, but the room we were given was very small for four. I was expecting something a bit better. Also, they do not have any laundry facilities for guests. Otherwise, everything was okay.”

“You get value for your money if you booked on time. Staff give no problems to no one. Washing machine broken, Fitness center on property is non functional, no coffee maker in room, even at request.”

“When I arrived at the hotel I was very pleased with the hotel staff and location . The check in was perfect Robert was very cool and welcoming that was the best part of my stay. Now let's talk about the room at 1st glance I thought to myself this is a nice room however the more I settled the more issues I noticed . I seen hair in my shower on the walls. The paint through out the room was peeling and I seen mold above the door seal. The toilet took 2 times to flush each time just for #1 the shower was clogged so basically I was standing in the water that I showered in. The beds were uncomfortable and I didn't get a good night's rest due to the room above me walked very hard and it was just so loud. I can go on and on but I'd rather not. The view of the beach was really nice.”

“Great Hotel staff is friendly helpful and welcoming! Common areas are clean and inviting! Fitness room does the job for a quick workout. Pool and hot tub very clean and refreshing! Room attendants did a great job with upkeeping the room daily. (have to let front desk know you want your room done daily) Parking free and close to entrance. All rooms face the Gulf and have a balcony. Breakfast free was plentiful with a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. Will stay here again if in Galveston Islsnd! ”
