“저는 University Square Hotel의 직원들을 좋아하지만, 우선 갈색 페인트를 조금 더 현대적인 것으로 바꾸고, 수영장을 만들고, 일하고, 쓰레기를 치우고, 노숙자들이 정문 밖 외에 머물 수 있는 곳을 찾는 등 시설을 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요합니다.”

“The staff was very helpful and caring. They explained the rules perfectly and understandable. The rooms were very well maintained and everything worked perfectly ”

“Check in was a joke. Very unprofessional, lazy, indifferent attitude from the people working the front desk. The workers were more interested in their smart phones than their guests.”

“The rest of the neighborhood is sketchy as hell but this motel is out-of-the-way of all the street action and the rooms in back are extremely quiet and very safe. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. Great for the price.”

“The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet thanks to the good soundproofing. The only issue was the air conditioner, which was extremely loud and really disrupted my sleep.”

“- 5-10mins drive from the airport, need to call to send shuttle but it came quickly. - lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, despite our late arrival - big clean modern room, great shower pressure, comfy bed, ok breakfast - has laundry room”

“My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, and every visit reminds us why it’s our first choice. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming — they greet us like family, remember our conversations, and make us feel genuinely valued every time we walk through the door. That level of care is something you simply don’t find at other hotels in the area. The rooms themselves are truly impressive. They’re always spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The recent renovations have taken them to a whole new level — fresh, modern paint, updated décor, and beautifully redone bathrooms. Many of the bathrooms now have large, upgraded showers that feel more like something you’d find in a boutique hotel. The beds are comfortable, the linens are clean and crisp, and the rooms feel brighter, fresher, and more inviting than ever. You can tell the owners put real effort into making the rooms feel high‑quality and relaxing. And honestly, despite the location, this hotel outshines every other one around it. The surrounding area doesn’t compare to the warmth, cleanliness, and comfort you get once you step inside. We’ve stayed at other hotels nearby, and none of them come close to the level of hospitality, upkeep, and genuine care this place offers. The remodeling of both the rooms and the front office made a huge difference — it feels like a hidden gem in a spot where you wouldn’t expect to find one. They truly did an outstanding job, and it’s why we keep coming back.”

“Nice place to stay Breakfast could have a little bit more option please Clean and nice to stay but the price was a little pricey at $180 for Fresno ”
