“저는 University Square Hotel의 직원들을 좋아하지만, 우선 갈색 페인트를 조금 더 현대적인 것으로 바꾸고, 수영장을 만들고, 일하고, 쓰레기를 치우고, 노숙자들이 정문 밖 외에 머물 수 있는 곳을 찾는 등 시설을 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요합니다.”

“건물이 오래되어 무너져 내리고 벽이 벗겨지고 문이 금이 갔습니다. 변기가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고 실제로 직원들이 할 수 있는 최선을 다하는 것처럼 매우 깨끗한 냄새가 났습니다. 불행히도 여기는 모텔 6에 가깝고 라마다는 아닙니다. ”

“This was a very nice quiet place to get our relationship back in Xmas Eve! The place is nice quiet clean except this room was kinda on the dumpier side of the property. View kinda sucked actually there wasn't one at all staff weren't really trying to assist with anything at all like butter since I brought Christmas dinner for us knowing they had butter in the kitchen since they serve breakfast and it's not long enough it's super early it's 8 am it's all over hell when I'm at a hotel inwoukd prefer to at least have until ten AM to get my breakfast on ya know? ”

“We thought it was a nice stay but then we saw a cockroach in the bathroom & in the fridge. The hair dryer didn’t work in the morning & I had a funeral to attend. I called the front desk & they brought me a portable hair dryer not before the maid barged into my room to check my in room hair dryer to make sure it wasn’t working. I didn’t even have a shirt on & I think I know how to turn on a hair dryer. I also ended up w/ about 4 bedbug bites. Lastly, 2 days later looking over my bill, I noticed a charge. When I called them, they said the maids counted my towels & I was missing a small washcloth. Who in the world would take a small washcloth. It was thin & rough. I didnt even want to use the bath towels much less take a small washcloth. There were 2 of us & we only used 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. Am still waiting for a call back from management. ”

“We stayed for 6 nights and this place truly felt like home. Cozy, serene, and well thought out—everything we needed was in the kitchen, the bed was perfect, and the thick curtains made for restful mornings. The shower had great water pressure and stayed hot, and we enjoyed movie nights on the comfortable sofa with Eric’s different program subscriptions, especially MGM’s. Eric has truly thought of everything—extra pillows and blankets, a coffee/tea station, charging options, and even a welcome guide with recommendations for local coffee shops and grocery stores around town. He is such a kind host, and we will definitely stay again and recommend this place to family and friends. There’s no way we’d give it a 10/10… because it deserves a 12/10!”

“The rest of the neighborhood is sketchy as hell but this motel is out-of-the-way of all the street action and the rooms in back are extremely quiet and very safe. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. Great for the price.”
