“I've stayed here many times. This is my "go to" hotel in Fresno. The hotel is very nice. Great desk staff, facilities, rooms are very nice and in good condition. Fairly recent upgrades. On this visit I was placed next to the elevator (against my request) which had an annoying electrical hum 24/7. Housekeeping always bangs on the doors last day before checkout time... I guess you see if you've checked out.. go away please 🙂. Points off for those items but I'll be back.”

“Would stay here again”

“Hey what happened to my Agoda cash and I even paid yo join some club”

“We thought it was a nice stay but then we saw a cockroach in the bathroom & in the fridge. The hair dryer didn’t work in the morning & I had a funeral to attend. I called the front desk & they brought me a portable hair dryer not before the maid barged into my room to check my in room hair dryer to make sure it wasn’t working. I didn’t even have a shirt on & I think I know how to turn on a hair dryer. I also ended up w/ about 4 bedbug bites. Lastly, 2 days later looking over my bill, I noticed a charge. When I called them, they said the maids counted my towels & I was missing a small washcloth. Who in the world would take a small washcloth. It was thin & rough. I didnt even want to use the bath towels much less take a small washcloth. There were 2 of us & we only used 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. Am still waiting for a call back from management. ”
