“The room floor is quite dirty in the bathroom. Looks a bit old with mold here and there. Period the air condition sounds like a truck when it switches on at night. The facilities are OK and the staff is very nice. ”

“Unless one requests a non-pet room, one will be arbitrarily assigned a pet room with no change allowed, regardless of allergies. The pet dander odor was noticeable on walking into the room at mid-afternoon check-in, but because of high demand during school spring break, a room change was not allowed. The first night, dogs barked until late at night and again early in the morning. I was told it was my fault because I should have known to request a non-pet room as the website says pet friendly. Lousy customer treatment, uncomfortable bed. Breakfast for lactose intolerant vegetarians consisted of oatmeal packets, no non-dairy alternative.”

“Not again. Smelly and loud. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. Roaches strolling along the floor. Nope. Not again. ”

“The front desk wasn’t available hardly, we weren’t given instructions on the room cleaning, no hours or days on the website for complimentary breakfast or office hours. ”

“I don’t know whether to be upset with Hotel or sote I used to book. I booked a room and paid in advance online. Received confirmation along with receipt etc. when I arrived at hotel, they said they were full and that they didn’t have a room available. I showed them the confirmation which they couldn’t find and or just acted as if it were an issue with the site I used to book. Either way I was charged and turned away and didn’t receive any re payment or refund. Either way it was a terrible experience and either the hotel needs to get on top of their third party partners or remove the ones that have given same issues “which they claimed to have had before with other tenants” ”
