The staff was helpful and friendly at check in. We come to Fredericksburg often so wanted to try out a budget friendly place. Our stay would have been fine if the room was properly cleaned. The linens were cleaned and soaps stocked, but the bathroom needed to be mopped and shower scrubbed. There was a lot of long black hair sticking out the sink plumbing where it joined with the wall. On the first night a very large roach crawled up the wall, which we killed. Most shocking is that there was leftovers still in the fridge when we arrived.

Adorable!
Quick overnight stay in Fredericksburg. CHarmingly cute room, everything worked well except TV (remote needed batteries) THe bed was super comfortable too! The Sure Shot coffee place was amazing! Will stay here again!

Acceptable
Very cramped and old looking. The floor and electrical looked up to date, but the rest looked like it was last renewed around 1950, especially the bathroom.
