“Everything good to stay, breakfast is good 6.00-9.00 AM. Lower floor transmit the footstep from the second floor. Bad luck for us that upper floor had a lot of children who keep walking around.”

“It was fairly clean, and well-furnished. The staff were nice enough, though it was a bit obvious they didn't want to deal with me. I booked a mobility accessible room from a third party, and when I arrived they said I had been overbooked, so I wad given a regular room which made it hard to shower. I don't think this was their fault as communication with third party sites concerning availability is I'm sure a bit difficult. As far as comfortability, the mattress was a bit of a stiff spring type, and not my personal favorite, though the linens were clean and made up nicely. Housekeeping staff were very polite as far as I could tell. The hairdryer was connected to the wall and the cord didn't reach the outlet, which was a bit inconvenient, and the tub faucet dripped loudly all night into the drain, so closing the bathroom door helped. The free breakfast is pretty good for such a small place, available from 7am to 10am, and the waffles were delicious and not difficult to make.”

“The hotel is a bit old, when entering the room with a musty smell that needs to be upgraded. But clean, the bed is very comfortable when sleeping. Near the sea. Convenient to travel.”

“We stayed 21 May 2026. We were exploring the redwoods. Was full the evening during our stay indicating it's popularity. Check in with ID, credit card and car registration. Simple and quick. Ample parking, free. 24 hr coffee of various persuasions from a self service dispenser, various teas too, complimentary. Lift to 3rd floor. Very spacious room with 2 beds, TV, fridge, microwave, dining table with 2 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs with small table. Our room faced the mountains and so was very quiet. Shower hot and powerful. Beds soft and comfortable, sheets clean. Aircon worked well. No real issues with the room. Comfortable overall and pleasant. Its not a modern hotel, but rather a 60s style. Complimentary carbohydrate breakfast with beverages, as expected. Breads, cereals, bagels, and so on. We are glad we chose to stay here. ”

“But definitely not the best, staff is nice & bed is comfortable BUT the shower was FILTHY coated in pubes 🤢🤮😩 luckily I do housekeeping for a living so I cleaned it myself but I shouldn't have to do that when I'm the one PAYING to stay here. Also prices could be better I'd say but this economy is FU**ED so I guess it's pretty average these days. Overall I'd say 3/5 & that's possibly pushing it.”

“Very comfortable, convenient, clean and SUPER AFFORDABLE price. Vintage feel, but spacious room, found it quiet, and simple. (A new door lock for our unit would be recommended - the key was a little hard to work). Helpful staff. Heater worked great as we had freezing temps. Easy walk right across to the harbor. Would stay again. For the price, we couldn't find fault.”
