“There are two items please. There was a coffee machine in the room but not one bag of coffee. This is important to me as I travel. The breakfast was so bad. Food cold but also and especially everything was a bread item. Every items. Waffle, muffin, etc etc. please offer fruit! I cannot eat bread items so there was nothing for me. Other that these, it was a nice stay.”

“I enjoy staying here it's nice than most the hotels here in BCS, I had a little bit of a hassle when I initially checked in at 1:15 am, I took an Uber here and I am just recovering from pneumonia, so still a little congested and sick, and I also had a lot of my belongings with me and I was meeting my bf there so he could pay for the room. But the front desk girl actually made me wait OUTSIDE and it was literally 49 degrees out, I couldn't even believe it. Then she was just negative the entire check in process, then dropped the deposit on me last minute so I had to have my bf send more money. She then refused to help me change the booking date as it was so cold while I was forced to wait outside in the freezing cold, that I booked it accidentally for next day. So I had to pay for ANOTHER NIGHT. And explained that my deposit would switch over until I checked out. So I thought that meant I didn't have to pay another deposit everyday. WRONG INFO AGAIN! The sweet young girl who works morning shift explained it more thoroughly and better the next morning when they called for ANOTHER payment. She helped me get it worked out perfectly and she was extremely sweet and patient about it as well as the manager she spoke with on the phone. So all in all I would recommend this hotel most definitely, however I do not recommend u checking in over night. At least day shift are welcoming compassionate and willing to help where they can! Oh and the housekeeper are very nice and thorough!! They deserve a raise lol”

“Bed was comfortable, but the carpet was so disgustingly stained, I didn’t even want to roll my suitcase on it. Was there for just 1 night, just to sleep, but wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in the room. We went during a huge surge in local hotel prices because it was Aggie move in weekend but the price here was still pretty reasonable.”

“TBH you can not beat this price for this place. Although, attention to detail could have been better. Have a great stay! This place is about 10-$15 more than the neighboring inns, so I expect a better product for their rate.”

“아침 매니저, 아니면 제가 보기엔 그 사람이었을 텐데, 계산 시간에 정말 무례했어요. 문을 쾅 닫고 소리를 지르더라고요. 몇 초 전에 직원과 이야기를 나눴다고 해도, 계산할 때 문을 쾅 닫고 들어와서 소리를 질렀어요. 짐을 들고 나가려고 하는 중인데도 말이죠. 마치 아무것도 아닌 것처럼 대하고 무례하게 굴었어요. 이런 식으로 계속하면 가게에 손해가 많이 갈 거예요. 히스패닉계인 것 같은데, 아침 매니저였어요. 다른 직원들은 모두 친절했지만, 그 사람 때문에 정말 끔찍한 경험을 했어요.”
