“There are two items please. There was a coffee machine in the room but not one bag of coffee. This is important to me as I travel. The breakfast was so bad. Food cold but also and especially everything was a bread item. Every items. Waffle, muffin, etc etc. please offer fruit! I cannot eat bread items so there was nothing for me. Other that these, it was a nice stay.”

“I enjoy staying here it's nice than most the hotels here in BCS, I had a little bit of a hassle when I initially checked in at 1:15 am, I took an Uber here and I am just recovering from pneumonia, so still a little congested and sick, and I also had a lot of my belongings with me and I was meeting my bf there so he could pay for the room. But the front desk girl actually made me wait OUTSIDE and it was literally 49 degrees out, I couldn't even believe it. Then she was just negative the entire check in process, then dropped the deposit on me last minute so I had to have my bf send more money. She then refused to help me change the booking date as it was so cold while I was forced to wait outside in the freezing cold, that I booked it accidentally for next day. So I had to pay for ANOTHER NIGHT. And explained that my deposit would switch over until I checked out. So I thought that meant I didn't have to pay another deposit everyday. WRONG INFO AGAIN! The sweet young girl who works morning shift explained it more thoroughly and better the next morning when they called for ANOTHER payment. She helped me get it worked out perfectly and she was extremely sweet and patient about it as well as the manager she spoke with on the phone. So all in all I would recommend this hotel most definitely, however I do not recommend u checking in over night. At least day shift are welcoming compassionate and willing to help where they can! Oh and the housekeeper are very nice and thorough!! They deserve a raise lol”

“What keeps me coming back to Sleep Inn & Suites is honestly the staff. The front desk staff are consistently polite and welcoming, especially Cathy, Brittany, Jocelyn, and Winter. Housekeeping has also been polite and helpful during my stays. I also want to give Rosa, the breakfast attendant, special recognition. She is always very polite, attentive, and does her best to make sure guests are taken care of. My comments about breakfast are not a reflection of Rosa at all. She can only prepare and serve what the hotel provides her. She is doing her job with what she has available, and I appreciate her for that. The pool has also consistently been clean, which I appreciate. That said, I think the hotel itself could benefit from some additional investment and updating. The rooms could use some furniture upgrades, and the pillows definitely need to be replaced with higher-quality, more comfortable ones. The current pillows feel pretty inexpensive and aren't particularly comfortable. The AC units also need attention, and I think management should seriously consider replacing or thoroughly servicing them. There are also areas where mold/moisture issues need to be addressed, along with making sure the showers are being thoroughly cleaned. Something as simple as providing housekeeping with proper scrubbers or spin brushes to remove buildup from shower floors could make a noticeable difference. The biggest area where I think there could be improvement is breakfast variety. Having the same options repeatedly gets boring, and more variety would make the stay much better. Adding things like gravy, potatoes, different meat options, and additional fruit choices would be great. Not everyone eats pork, and not everyone can or wants to eat apples, so having several fruit and protein options would make breakfast more accommodating for different guests. Overall, I genuinely like this hotel, and the people who work here are a big reason I return. The staff are doing their part, and Rosa in particular deserves credit for being attentive and pleasant with guests. If management invested more into the property, upgraded some of the rooms and equipment, addressed the AC and moisture/mold concerns, improved shower cleaning, and added more variety to breakfast, I think this hotel could really stand out. The foundation is there. The staff are doing their part. Now the property needs the same level of investment and attention from management. With those improvements, I could easily see this becoming a much stronger property, and I believe the reviews would reflect that.”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in the room. We went during a huge surge in local hotel prices because it was Aggie move in weekend but the price here was still pretty reasonable.”

“TOTALLY COOL PLACE Totally aligned with my crazy taste So much for kids and adults Art work outstanding I have stayed from B&B to swanky and this was the best by far which I could have stayed another day to hear live music on Friday nights, swim in thr pool and played a wide variety of gsmes and sports”
