“I worked all day and then drove two hours to get to the hotel. There was no parking out front and no easy way to get into the hotel. I had to walk ALL the way around and THEN I had to wait fifteen to twenty minutes for the person at the front desk to check me in. He was in the office and wouldn’t come out. I used to work in this same field at least having a five minute away sign would have helped. I was tired and couldn’t check in and it was wrong. ”

“Breakfast scam. If breakfast is included with your room, be sure to get the coupon when you check -in. Otherwise, they will try to charge you in the morning for breakfast. The restaurant waitress was insisting that breakfast wasn't included in my reservation when it was. I had to double check with the front desk. I hope the hotel manager will improve the training of the desk clerk and waitress. ”
