“Excellent staff, facilities and location. will definitely stay there again!”

“정말 아름다운 숙소였어요. 10점 만점에 10점 이상을 주고 싶을 정도였어요. 프런트 데스크 직원분이 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 필요한 게 있는지 꼼꼼히 확인해 주셨어요. 아침 식사도 맛있었고, 젊은 여성 직원분도 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 조만간 다시 방문할 거예요. ”

“Overall the stay was comfortable in a. nice room with young family. Staff was nice and helpful. We really liked the cleanliness of the hotel especially after a long travel. The breakfast option was great with decent choices. The only complain we had was lack of hot water, in the evening it was lukewarm and in the morning cold. It might have got solved if we called concierge but another long travel next day didn't give us energy to take the step. Overall it was a good stay. ”

“Front desk concierge was kind, informative, polite. Only flaw in my room was that the long mirror was not cleaned. Other than that, my time there was fabulous. I will definitely stay at double tree. And the cookies were delish! ”

“The omelet chefs in the morning were a highlight! They go out of the way to make it perfect. The hotel is run down in some areas: chairs with worn through spots, mattress was so stained in fold out couch my son wouldn't use it, and some other parts of hotel seemed warnout. There were also newly remodeled areas like the lobby, room was clean, hotel was clean, but some of the old wornout stuff made it feel dirtier then it was. There was cracked paint hanging down in the living room area. Great value! Hot tub was nice and warm. Large pool. Front desk staff was not friendly. They ran out of blankets so didn't have one for the fold out, ran out of pool towels. Nothing was "gross" other then the foldout mattress. I would stay here again although I might look for other options. We have stayed at Embassy suites in Chicago and Grapevine (Dallas) which were definitely better kept up. I have never seen such slow elevators at any hotel! Kind of a mixed bag but I wouldn't be scared to stay here. There were some positives and we enjoyed our stay! ”
