“I want to point out that AGODA messed up my reservation twice! And even after 32 hours of driving I couldn’t get in my room because they didn’t have my reservation! BUT front desk staff Tyrell has the most patience and outstanding customer service!!! He stayed consistent throughout THE WHOLE TIME! I truly hadn’t experienced customer service like this in a very long time, specially during such an intense and stressful time. Him and his manager got me and my children situated and safe in a room that we could rest. We will always remember that! And don’t even get me started on the kitchen ladies!!! Omg they were the best AND YES THEY SEASON THE FOOD SO GOOD and they were so nice and clean! (Just please get more milk options and some veggies) …. Thank you for the amazing service to all!! ”

“Before I booked the hotel I read the reviews which was horrible. The hotel is close to where I was going for a job opportunity and decided to book anyway but would bring my own cleaning supplies. Upon arrival the female desk clerk was checking in a guest while me and another guest was waiting our turn. While observing she was very attentive in trying to get the guest a room at a short notice and was very courteous. My room was on the first floor which was amazing but also my room was so clean you could eat off the floor. Great breakfast and most of all exceptional service from everyone that made my hotel stay safe and comfortable. I will most definitely be using your hotel again in the near future.”
