“Hilton in state of decline - specifically our stay of 3 nights was poor at best. Issues noted: 1) No ice 3rd floor or 2nd floor, finally ice from kitchen 2) No room service 2nd day of stay - went to front desk for towels at 11:00 PM 3) Room telephone had cord pulled from handset and inoperable 4) Lobby and parking area smelled of marijuana on separate occasions 5) Facility in extreme need of re-model ”

“The staff at the breakfast station were terrible. They were unfriendly toward our children, refusing to provide the food they asked for. Their attitude made us feel like we were having a truly awful day.”

“in room microwave. fancy shower. big tv with lots of channels and free showtime. tv also has netflix app and youtube app. free wifi. free parking. the front desk was so friendly. had fun playing w the pool table in the lobby…. would only recommend better pool sticks. but that’s it. it was awesome. will come back when i’m in the area”

“The Sonesta ES Suites at North Point was exactly what we were hoping for. Its stuck in an outer corner of a dying mall, which means its both convenient to get places and super quiet. There are enough stores open that if you need something, its just a walk across the parking lot too. The room was clean and the breakfast was better than expected. The only 2 negatives were the very loud AC unit in the room which woke us up most nights when it turned on, and the nice pool that is maintained but closed (likely for insurance reasons). We brought our medium sized dog with us, and both the room and hotel generally were great for her. We would stay again. ”

“The entire staff were extremely friendly! I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was big. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool wasn’t heated although I noticed the pool room itself was heated. I also thought the hallways were a little on the dirtier side, if I may, just to be transparent. Overall, that didn’t have any effect on my stay. I would chose to stay here again!”

“I have been staying here off and on since last year. It’s an older build but it’s the cleanest, and safest extended stay I’ve been at with great staff and management.. coming from midtown it’s an adjustment however the restaurants. mall, stores , and transportation is close by. The guest are respectful and quiet.. however I turn glitter into gold.. I’ve seen some of the reviews believe me this is one of the best locations.. ”

“I had a room with my boyfriend there and a friend of mine and his brought someone not allowed there bc of herr extra curricular activities and I was put out bc I knew her and she came to my room. But I made her leave a fee ea moments later so I wouldn't get in trouble but was still judged and told that I was not welcome anymore when I had already been there without any problems for about 4months”
