“My children and I had an absolute remarkable one night stay. And of course they enjoyed the pool more than anything else…. Oh wait the cinnamon rolls were scrumptious!!! ”

“Hilton in state of decline - specifically our stay of 3 nights was poor at best. Issues noted: 1) No ice 3rd floor or 2nd floor, finally ice from kitchen 2) No room service 2nd day of stay - went to front desk for towels at 11:00 PM 3) Room telephone had cord pulled from handset and inoperable 4) Lobby and parking area smelled of marijuana on separate occasions 5) Facility in extreme need of re-model ”

“The Sonesta ES Suites at North Point was exactly what we were hoping for. Its stuck in an outer corner of a dying mall, which means its both convenient to get places and super quiet. There are enough stores open that if you need something, its just a walk across the parking lot too. The room was clean and the breakfast was better than expected. The only 2 negatives were the very loud AC unit in the room which woke us up most nights when it turned on, and the nice pool that is maintained but closed (likely for insurance reasons). We brought our medium sized dog with us, and both the room and hotel generally were great for her. We would stay again. ”

“The service. The cleanliness. The WIFI everything was outrageous. We have never visited a hotel with such bad attitude. They told us we have to pay for WIFI and that it’s not included, you need to be a Marriot member for the WiFi. ADDITIONALLY, the treatment we got when we signed in they made it sound like we booked this with someone else’s card ( insinuating we can’t afford staying here) which was very insulting. Overall, the room also wasn’t in the best condition and our view was not good. You have to pay extra for a lot of things which is the most ridiculous part. ”
