“Our recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. The location was decent and offered convenient access to shopping but that was about the only positive aspect. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with the bathroom being particularly unclean. The staff were not helpful or friendly, which made for a frustrating experience. The facilities were lacking, and we encounter issues with privacy and parking. Overall, it was not a good value for money and I could not recommend this property. You would be better off sleeping in your car.”

“I must start by saying that I found myself in an emergency situation that required making such accommodations. Our experience with the staff here was all positive as they were terrific. There were plenty of vacancies, which allowed for almost exclusive use of their Laundromat machines, which was a blessing. My initial plans were for a 2-3 night stay but that had to be extended twice and ended up being 6 days; which incidentally were all made for the same room. The Hotel itself is a traditional Holiday Inn with regards to decor. If I had to give my opinion, it would be that it is a bit outdated but overall it appeared to be neat & orderly. Our room at first glance was the same; but upon a little further use I could suggest a little more attention to detail is needed on a few things. This location is located seconds from I-77, making errands or duties more convenient. We did have double Queen beds which I have to say just about makes the cost of the stay worth it. The Hotel definitely goes above and beyond in this category and receives an A+ for the quality of the bedding overall. I'll give the location a B grade.”

“I give thumbs up all around for my stay here but the thing that stands out is how friendly the staff was. Every person I spoke to was warm and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here recently and on the first day noticed my carpet was wet and sticky. I took a washcloth to wipe it and see what it was and the washcloth was black. They changed my room. In the new room, the floor was not wet but my feet were dirty from walking on it. I overnighted slippers from Amazon (was staying there several days). Some of the staff were nice some were rude. One front desk person told a customer she “wasn’t a dog person” as I was standing there with my dog. (I paid a dog fee to stay there - don’t need to hear employees feelings about dogs). ”

“Housekeeping is everyday and they do everything, unless you only need certain things done. They are friendly, aim to please and take their job seriously. Even though with some of them we have a language differences I've had no problems communicating with them. Honestly, I have never been this impressed with housekeeping in years, even the top hotels in the world. Exceptional for the USA, and I've been many places and see many things as far as hotels. There are some issues I will address when and if I get to speak with management and owners. But, pretty good breakfast depending on who's doing setup. Coffee and teas 24/7. Daytime desk clerk, Emily is awesome!! Always happy and very polite from her answering the phone to face to face check in, to problem solving. She does it all!!! She's a great example and the others should try harder to be friendlier and not so mean or some show to be nicer to some people than others. I'm testimony to that personally. All in all you miss lots of you don't stay here. Great location too. Family friendly, pets welcome too! NF”

“This hotel is horrible! Don’t stay here unless it’s your last option. I’ve came to this hotel 2 different times & both times my rooms were dirty. Yesterday I booked a room. So I went to check out the room both bed were nasty. One bed had poop stains on the sheets the other bed was crumbs & hair over all it. The cleaners don’t clean the rooms. They use dirty sheets & just wipe a few items down. Then the table had fake eye lashes on it. They kept my $100 deposit because I got a little blood on the towel. It was ridiculous & I don’t commenced this hotel. ”
