“It was not expected; it is a resident house. The queen bed room is very small; no desk can accommodate my laptop. I doubt they changed the bed sheets; the blood stain was on the sheet. The owner lives in the same house and closely watches your every moment to make you feel extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient, he worked with laptop in the dinning room which is supposed shared space. We traveled to over 100 countries around the world, lived all level hotels, Airbnb. owner rents his second floor with very crowded space, owner wants to sell everything. A self-service coffee machine costs $2.5 per cup, and a small dining room fills with merchandise (T-shirts, etc.). It is not a homey or hotel-like feeling, the so called including breakfast, actual it is has nothing than a bag of oatmeal, yogurt was expired 😭. ”

“I have stayed in 3 different hotels around this area as it is convenient to drive to various shops nearby. This hotel room is quite modern, toilets are clean, beds are super comfy, and staff are wonderful to talk to. The only two things I want to call out is that the breakfast is quite limited and would be better with more options. The other thing is that I ran out of shower gel and informed the front desk in the morning which I was told that they would fill it up for me. Unfortuntely, that did not happen when I got back to the hotel in the evening. Other than that, I would most likely be coming back to this hotel when I come back to Akron. ”

“Housekeeping is everyday and they do everything, unless you only need certain things done. They are friendly, aim to please and take their job seriously. Even though with some of them we have a language differences I've had no problems communicating with them. Honestly, I have never been this impressed with housekeeping in years, even the top hotels in the world. Exceptional for the USA, and I've been many places and see many things as far as hotels. There are some issues I will address when and if I get to speak with management and owners. But, pretty good breakfast depending on who's doing setup. Coffee and teas 24/7. Daytime desk clerk, Emily is awesome!! Always happy and very polite from her answering the phone to face to face check in, to problem solving. She does it all!!! She's a great example and the others should try harder to be friendlier and not so mean or some show to be nicer to some people than others. I'm testimony to that personally. All in all you miss lots of you don't stay here. Great location too. Family friendly, pets welcome too! NF”
